Ordering

If the products are directly deliverable, we can ship the products directly to you from our warehouse. If the products are not in stock, the products will be produced for you and we have a delivery time of up to 3 weeks.

Are you not at home to receive the package, or do you give your purchase as a gift? Then you can choose to have the order delivered to a different address than the billing address. You can indicate this in the checkout page.

How many days it takes before the parcel is with you, depends on the destination. Below you can find a list with an overview per country. However, the duration of shipping may vary by a number of days.

At Dena Textile Productions it is possible to order from 1 piece. With the exception of two products: all clips are supplied per bag of 10 pieces and all napkins (50x50cm) are supplied per 5 pieces. All other products can be ordered from 1 piece.

That is certainly possible. You can indicate this when ordering your product(s).

With us, you can not try the products, if you know the sizes (and if you order a high table cover, the base of the table), the cover would in all probability fit. So there is no need to fit your covers first.

Product information

In order to keep Dena's products as beautiful as possible, it is important to follow the washing instructions. The washing instructions for products made from Hospitality Stretch, Knitted, Hospitality Woven and cotton are as follows:

  • Centrifuge lightly and hang wet.
  • For white and ecru light light bleaching agents are possible to a limited extent.
  • Do not use bleaching agents containing chlorine for colours
  • Wash dark colours separately (40°C).

Within Dena Textile Productions, we have made high table covers for various models.

We take into account the top diameter and the base of the high table. For example, some high tables have a base that has four equal sides, our D1 model. We also made a model for a high table that has a base with two unequal sides, our D2 model. We even made a stretch cover that fits a high table with five legs, our D5 model. Finally, we also have high table covers that fit around any chassis, but you still need to take into account the diameter of the high table.

To make it as clear as possible to you, for each model it is indicated whether this cover is made for a particular high table or not

There are two differences between the Samba and the Festival. The first difference between the Samba and the Festival is that a Festival has a zipper and the Samba does not. By putting a zipper in the stretch cover, it is easier to bring the stretch cover over the high table. The second difference is that the Samba model has an extra top cover as a standard, the Festival doesn't. By means of a topcover you protect the cover better against stains etc.

There are two differences between the Party and the Fiesta. The underside of the Fiësta has 4 hard covers in which you place the legs of the high table, this is not the case with the Party. Secondly, the Fiësta has a sewn bow and the Party has a loose bow.

We have four different materials for our products: Hospitality Stretch, Knitted, Hospitality Woven and cotton. For example, we use Hospitality Stretch as our stretch covers. That depends on the thickness of the table top. For example, each table clip has a different minimum and maximum width. Some clips can be used for multiple table top thicknesses, so you can choose which clip seems the most convenient to use. All our clips are sold per 10 pieces.

The difference between the D1, D2 and D5 is the undercarriage. For example, some bar tables have another base than others. For example, there is a high table that has four equal sides, this is our D1 model. We also made a model for a high table that has a base with two unequal sides, our D2 model. We even made a stretch cover that fits a high table with five legs, our D5 model. Finally, we also have high table covers that fit around any base, but you still need to take into account the diameter of the high table. To make it as clear as possible to you, for each model it is indicated whether this cover is made for a particular high table or not.

The difference between a combi skirt and a table skirt is that a combi skirt is a combination of a table skirt and a tablecloth in one, of course made of the same material. The table skirt is different. This skirt is attached to the table by means of Velcro, this leaves the top of the table uncovered.

If your table deviates significantly from the normal sizes, we can produce this for you from as little as 1 piece (special customization). For the stretch covers (covers with the Hospitality Stretch quality) the fabric can stretch 2-3 centimeters more, does this deviate more or do you need a different quality, click here.

The difference between the Symposium and the Premium are the foot caps/PVC reinforcements. The Premium model has foot caps and the Symposium has PVC feet. The caps are made of a stronger material, which gives the table cover a longer lifespan and slows down sliding.

The difference between the Eminence and the Brilliant are the foot caps.The Brilliant model has foot caps and the Eminence has PVC feet. The caps are made of a stronger material, which gives the table cover a longer lifespan and slows down sliding.

If you want to buy a tablecloth and you would like it to overlap, you should definitely take this into account. If you order a tablecloth that is exactly the size of your table, the tablecloth will not overlap. It is therefore important, if you want to overlap, that you order a larger tablecloth. You also have to take into account that the tablecloth has to overlap on both sides, so the extra overlap has to be added twice.

The plissé pleat/boxpleat/unpleated indicates which pleat the table skirt/combi skirt has. The unpleated has of course no pleat, the plissé pleat has a thin pleat and the boxpleat has a thicker pleat. Below are the examples.

We sell both items, so both picnic table bench cushions with zipper and velcro.

There is no difference in prices within the materials. For example, you pay for a combi skirt Hospitality Woven black as much as a combi skirt in Hospitality Woven white (of course in the same size).

Within Dena Textile Productions we have different materials for different products. But we can also supply the same models in different materials. Here you can find an overview of all our different materials, as well as the different colours within the different materials.

With all colours this is not possible, only with white and ecru light bleaching agents are limited possible.

Account

Within the webshop of Dena Textile Productions you can easily create an account. You can do this while ordering our products. Simply enter your details on the checkout page and choose an e-mail address and password.

You can also create an account without ordering anything. You can do that to go to "home", then click on the "puppet" at the top and finally click on "create account". To create an account, choose an email address and password.

You can login within the website by first going to "home". Then you can find a "puppet" on the top right of your screen, which you have to click on. You can login by filling in your email address with your password.

If you want to change your password, you can do so in the following way. You can click on the "puppet", then to "my account" and to "change password".

You can change this within your account. You can also indicate whether or not, you want to subscribe to the Dena Textile Productions newsletter when creating an account.

General

We have three different certificates. Dena Textile Productions has two certificates for the two different Fire-Retardant materials (Hospitality Stretch FR and Hospitality Woven FR). Return and Payment

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Dena Textile Productions B.V., Nudepark 142, 6702DX, Wageningen, [email protected], +31 (0)318 588 595 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Yes you can! With the order confirmation email you will receive a track and trace number from us. Through this number you can follow your order.

If your item is out of stock, we will produce the product for you. The delivery time for this is up to 3 weeks. You will receive a message with a track & trace code when we ship the goods.

Certainly you can. You can indicate this when ordering your product(s).

Are you not at home to receive your order and is delivery to the neighbors also not possible? DPD then delivers your parcel after the first delivery attempt to the nearest Pickup parcel shop. With over 850 Pickup parcel shops, there is always one near you. The non-home message left for you by the driver tells you where to pick up your parcel.

Printing

You can do that by contacting us by phone or email and let us know your wishes including your logo or design. We will then make a design and after your approval, your print cover will be put into production. You can contact us by phone on +31 (0) 318 588 595 and send us an email: [email protected]

In order to make the quality of your print cover as high as possible, your print or logo must meet the following requirements:

  • Deliver your logo/image in PDF/EPS, (logos in JPEG/
  • ettertypes must be converted to letter contours.
  • At least 200 DPI at full size.
  • You can indicate the placement by means of the logo placement form.
  • Creating the design will take between 2-3 days. After approval of the design a delivery time of 2-4 weeks applies.
  • The colors may differ from the colors you specify.

The delivery time for a print cover that we have to design especially for you is after confirmation 2-4 weeks. This is because we still have to produce the cover for you in our factory.

This is certainly possible, because we can print the entire cover. Because we are going to print the fabric, the inside of the cover will remain white. This is because we print on white fabric. Of course this will not influence the color of your cover. You have to count on a higher price, the price can be requested to contact us. Within Dena Textile Productions we have various printing options. Important to know is that we only print on Hospitality Stretch and Hospitality Woven. Both materials are also available in Fire-Retardant so you can also print on those materials. This means that we can print all our covers that are made from one of these materials.

We print on white material, which means that the bottom side will always remain white. However, this is not visible on the outside of the cover, where it is printed.

Would you like to know more about how we print on our textiles? We use sublimation printing to print on our covers. The following link explains how sublimation printing works.

No, this is not possible. You can order a cover with your own design/logo, but we will also make the cover for you in our factory.

It is possible to print in all colours. It would be best if you can supply us with pantone colours. If this is not possible, we can also take the colours from a photo you sent along. This may vary slightly on the fabric.

The printed covers should be washed in exactly the same way as the covers without print:

  • Centrifuge lightly and hang them wet.
  • For white and ecru, light bleaching agents are possible to a limited extent.
  • Do not use bleaching agents containing chlorine for colours.
  • Wash dark colours separately (40°C).

All Dena Textile Productions products are manufactured in Europe. The products come from Europe to our head office in Wageningen. From Wageningen we ship the products to our customers.

Custom made

Because we have our own factory, we can produce everything for you (special customization). So if your cover deviates strongly from the normal sizes, we can produce it for you from as little as 1 piece. With the stretch covers (quality Hospitality Stretch) the fabric can be stretched 2-3 centimeters more. If this is more different or if you need a different quality, please contact us.
